BPS Computer Science Community Night
Hillcrest families are invited to the district's Computer Science Community Night! This free event is designed for students and families to explore the world of computer science together through fun, interactive activities and demos.
This event will showcase the innovative CS programs across our district with engaging hands-on activities for students and families. Our fall event is for students and families from Hillcrest, Normandale Hills, Poplar Bridge, Ridgeview, Westwood and Olson Elementary and Middle Schools. A spring event will be held for our remaining elementary and middle school communities with details to be released at a later date.
Our community partners, including the Science Museum of Minnesota, SICK Sensor Intelligence, Polar Semiconductors, CSTA-MN, and more, will help bring these experiences to life. There will also be food trucks and prizes to add to the fun.
