Students register for sports and activities online through the "Register Now" button above. The registration system has moved to a new platform called Affinety for the 2026-27 school year. This is also where students and families purchase athletic passes and parking permits.
All families must create a new account and add their students in the new system before registering. The following steps only need to be completed once before registering.
Registering Under Special Considerations
Please register under Special Considerations for the appropriate season (Fall, Winter, or Spring) instead of selecting your sport or activity if either of the following applies:
1. Paying by Cash or Check
- Complete the online registration by selecting Special Considerations for the appropriate season.
- After registering, bring your cash or check payment to the Activities Office.
- Your student is not eligible to participate until payment has been received.
2. Requesting a Need-Based Fee Reduction/Waiver
- If you have completed a Request for Fee Reduction Form and are requesting a need-based fee reduction or waiver due to financial hardship, register under Special Considerations for the appropriate season.
- This option is for families who do not qualify for Educational Benefits but are requesting a hardship waiver.
- Do not register under Special Considerations if you have already been approved for District Educational Benefits.
How to Register for a Fee Reduction/Waiver
- Complete the Request for Fee Reduction Form
- Complete the Jefferson Special Considerations registration for the appropriate season.
- Once your fee reduction/waiver request has been approved, the Activities Office will transfer your registration to your selected sport or activity.
Please note: Your student is not considered officially registered until the Activities Office has transferred the registration from Special Considerations to the appropriate sport or activity.
Sports Physicals
Sports physicals are valid for three years. Your student must have a current sports physical in the system prior to registration. Please turn in the MSHSL Medical Eligibility Form into the Activities Office.

Check your Student's Sports Physical Status
If your physical is not current, you will need to get a new physical before registering for athletics. Follow these steps to check your student's sports physical status:
- Log into Infinite Campus
- Select "More" on the left side of the screen
- Select "Health"
- Select "Immunizations" and scroll all the way down to see your "Last Sports Physical"
