Jaguar Jumpstart

Wednesday, August 17
11 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Jaguar Jumpstart day is a casual, drop-in event which gives students the opportunity to complete a number of important tasks prior to the start of the school year including:

• Chromebook distribution
• Obtain their district password and login to BPS
• Have school pictures taken for the yearbook and school ID cards
• Pick up parking permits
• Receive lunch account codes (if needed) and deposit money into their accounts
• Pick up/request their locker information
• Purchase a student planner
• Purchase Athletic Season Passes
• Drop off computer lab donations
• Self-Guided Tour

Freshman Orientation

Thursday, August 25
8 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

This half-day event is for new students to Jefferson High School.  Students will meet their Pathfinder mentors and participate in a number of welcome and relationship-building activities.

Students will also have the chance to walk through their class schedule to find their classrooms and meet their teachers. Students will receive additional information about other areas of the school including the Media Center, Computer Labs, Counseling Office, and more.

Back to School Night

Tuesday, August 23
6 - 8:30 p.m.

This important meeting prepares new families for what to expect at Jefferson High School.All new parents (9th grade families and new to Jefferson) are invited; students are not expected to come.
