Students register for sports and activities online. The registration system has moved to a new platform called Affinety for the 2026-27 school year. This is also where students and families purchase athletic passes and parking permits.

All families must create a new account and add their students in the new system before registering. Instructions to create a new account are included in the Registration Instructions document linked above.

Registering Under "Pay in Office"

Students can pay in office or request a fee reduction if they don't qualify for Educational Benefits. Please register under Pay in Office for the appropriate season (Fall, Winter, or Spring) instead of selecting your sport or activity if either of the following applies:

1. Paying by Cash or Check

  • Complete the online registration process by selecting Pay in Office for the appropriate season.
  • Bring cash or check to the Activities Office.
  • Your student is not eligible to participate until payment has been received.

2. Requesting a Need-Based Fee Reduction/Waiver

  • Students who qualify for a need-based fee. reduction/waiver should complete a Request for Fee Reduction Form (form in Spanish).
  • Register under Pay in Office for the appropriate season.
  • Once the request for fee reduction has been approved, admin will move your registration to your sport. We will work with you if you need to make payments. If you wish to pay via credit card, we will move your registration to your cart for payment.
  • This is for families who do not qualify for Educational Benefits but are requesting a hardship waiver.
    • Do not register under Pay in Office if you have already been approved for District Educational Benefits.

Sports Physicals

Sports physicals are valid for three years. Please turn in the MSHSL Medical Eligibility Form to the Activities Office.

The system will not allow registration if the sports physical is more than three years old or if it is set to expire during the season you are registering for.
