Siri Anderson KHS ACT Perfect Score

Kennedy junior Siri Anderson earned a perfect score on the American College Test (ACT).  On average, less than one-tenth of one percent of students taking the ACT earn the top score of 36.

Anderson participated in the district's gifted and talented program, Dimensions Academy (grades 3-8) and took Advanced Placement (AP) and honors courses in high school.  She plays volleyball, track and several instruments with the Kennedy Orchestra.  She is also involved with student government, National Honor Society and Quiz Bowl, and is a member of the Science Olympiad and math teams.  Anderson plans to attend a four-year university to pursue Biology or a STEM-related field.

The ACT exam consists of tests in English, mathematics, reading and science, each scored on a scale of 1-36.  A student's composite score is the average of the four test scores.  Students may also take the optional ACT writing test.

ACT test scores are accepted by all major U.S. colleges and provide evidence of student readiness for the academic rigors of postsecondary study.
