Hybrid Learning Model Preference Forms

Published on Sep 21, 2020

Tuesday, Sept. 29 Update: The deadline to fill out a learning model preference form has passed. If you have yet to indicate your preference between shifting to hybrid and continuing in distance learning, please contact your child's school.

Bloomington Public Schools is developing a plan to shift to the next least restrictive learning model: Hybrid (students attend school in-person on assigned days and learn remotely on other days) with an option for families who wish to keep their children in distance learning at home.

Our return-to-school metrics indicate that a learning model shift is more likely at the early learning and elementary school levels at this time. We will continue to assess the metrics for a potential shift at the middle and high school levels.

To finalize our plans for elementary schools, we need every family to fill out this short survey to inform us of your plans.
