A Seussified Christmas Carol

Jefferson Theatre Company (JTC) will present “A Seussified Christmas Carol” Nov. 27 - Dec. 4 in the Jefferson High School auditorium, 4001 W. 102nd Street, with these performances:

  • Nov. 27 at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.
  • Nov. 28 at 1 p.m.
  • Dec. 2-3 at 7 p.m.
  • Dec. 4 at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.

A whimsical reinvention of Dickens’ most beloved Christmas story in wacky rhymed couplets. With zoot-fruited juices and binka bird geese from Bed Headed Fred to Timmy Loo Hoo, this tale of glorious holiday cheer is similar to something Dr. Seuss might have come up with.....if he ever had his way with the story. Directed by Laura Schmit with costumes by Laurie Clements and sets by Roger Skophammer.

JTC is accepting donations of unwrapped toys at each performance to benefit Toys for Tots.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for students and seniors and are available online and at the door one hour prior to each show. Visit jeffersontheatrecompany.org for more information.
