Secondary Hybrid Learning Model Preference Forms
Our secondary schools will shift to the hybrid learning model on March 1 for middle schools, March 11 for high school grades 9 and 12, and March 15 for grades 10 and 11. The high school dates apply to students attending Beacon, Bloomington Transition Center, and Choice Alternative High School.
We look forward to welcoming students back to school, while still offering a distance learning model for families who select that option.
Please complete a Learning Model Registration Form below for each student no later than 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 12, selecting either hybrid learning or the distance learning model.
Complete ONE FORM PER CHILD. There will be a link after you have completed the survey to submit another response if more than one child attends the same school. Please complete ONLY ONE form per student. Make your decision BEFORE completing this form.
