  • Normandale Hills students continually achieve high proficiency levels on Minnesota State and District assessments.
  • We offer K-5 children a cheerful, orderly school with a challenging, effective learning environment. New Response to Intervention programs are in place to assist students become proficient in achieving grade level expectations for Reading, Math and also behavior.
  • Families with kindergartners may choose traditional half-day sessions or all-day Kindergarten Plus.
  • Choose a traditional graded program or two different multi-age programs, the Amigo Team for Grades 2-4 and Connections for Grades 3-4, where children learn in a thematic approach.
  • Rigorous academic standards with performance groupings help build Reading and Math skills in Grades 3, 4 and 5.
  • Character Education and Service Learning are stressed to help build good citizenship and global understanding.
  • Up-to-date, interactive technology is fully integrated into daily lessons beginning in kindergarten.
