Gary Kressin joined Bloomington Public Schools in July 2014. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Technology Education from University of Wisconsin-Stout. He also holds a Master’s in Education and Educational Administration from the University of St. Mary’s.
Kressin started his education career in the classroom, where he taught at both the middle and high school levels. Previous experience includes serving as a district math coordinator, STEM coordinator and a career center administrator.

Bushra Rizvi holds a Master's degree in Genetics and is a Global Career Development Faciliator (GCDF) certified career advisor. She lived in Pakistan, Belgium and Germany before immigrating to Minnesota 20 years ago.
Bushra has piloted two career counseling programs. She was the first employment navigator for Bloomington Public Schools' Metro South ABE program, and was a career advisor at Normandale Community College before joining BCCA in August 2015.
Louise Hamer joined the BCCA team as program secretary in October 2015. She grew up in Scotland and holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Aberdeen (UK). She moved to Michigan in 2004 and earned her Master’s degree in Research Psychology at Eastern Michigan University.
After graduating, Louise moved to Minnesota and worked for the past 5 years as a part-time administrative assistant at the U of M while raising her two daughters. She is excited to be supporting this program, which assists students in being prepared for their chosen college or career journey.
