Transition to College

The Bloomington Transition to College (T2C) is a program designed to support students with barriers to make a successful transition to college.

T2C allows eligible seniors to take college-level courses at Normandale Community College or Hennepin Technical College through high school diploma deferment. Selected students will choose a specific degree path for a career field based on their PGP and/or previous career pathway specific classes taken at BCCA or their High School, and will begin to complete the requirements for credential/certification, associate degree or transfer to a four-year university.
