Dimensions Academy students in Tim Kaari’s fifth grade class participate in the Stock Market game and essay contest each year. Students invest fictional money in the stock market and write an essay. This year they wrote about why they chose the investments they did, how they diversified investments and what they would do in the future to continue to earn money in the stock market. Ten essays moved on to the national competition.
The Ridgeview students’ essays were selected from more than 3,000 entries nationally.
