“We are hoping for the best outcome to get students back into school, but we are prepared for any scenario we may face this school year,” said Superintendent Les Fujitake. “All of our plans are subject to change based on the status and severity of COVID-19 in our area, and state and public health requirements.”

Fujitake also praised the various workgroups of school and district leaders, teachers, support personnel, parents, and health and safety experts for helping to shape the educational models and Return to Learn plans.
