Kennedy Theatre Company presents 'High School Musical'

Kennedy High School will present its virtual spring production of "High School Musical" at 7 p.m. May 7-9 and 2 p.m. May 9. 

Based on the hit Disney movie, “High School Musical” centers on Troy, the school jock, and Gabriella, the new smart girl at school, who upend their school’s social order when they audition for the school musical. 

The show features 23 Kennedy students under the direction of Dohn Thibault and Amir Trotter with assistant direction from Claire Capacete, musical direction by Nikki Jordan, choreography by Katherine Gorr and technical direction by Josh Fremder. 

Streaming passes are $20 per household and can be purchased at kennedychoirs.org.
