Special Education Advisory Council

The Special Education Community Advisory Council (SECAC) advises the director of student services on current issues, program development, parent concerns and involvement and departmental priorities. Its mission is to provide input to the special education department, to serve as a communication link with the Bloomington community at large, to advocate for high quality educational programs for all learners and to assure the implementation of the district and special education mission to all students in the Bloomington Public Schools.
