Meet the VVE Principal and Assistant Principal

Welcome, Cheetah Families!

Welcome to Valley View Elementary School (VVE), the home of the Cheetahs! We are so excited that you are a part of our community. We work hard every day to provide the best educational experience for your child. 

I am so proud to be the principal of this wonderful school. Before becoming an administrator, I was an English Learner (EL) teacher for nine years as well as an instructional and equity coach. I was an assistant principal for 5 years and am thrilled to be the principal of VVE!

Hello VVE!

I am thankful for the opportunity to be the assistant principal at Valley View Elementary!  I have served in our district for ten years as a teacher, teacher coach, and dean of students.  Before joining the BPS team, I taught in St. Paul Public Schools for seven years.   My family is very invested in the Bloomington community.  My kids attend school here and my husband is the Kennedy High School Boys Hockey Coach.  Go Eagles!  Go Cheetahs!
