How to Register
Bloomington Community Education offers five ways to register for enrichment classes: online, in-person, by mail, phone or fax:
Online Registration:
Choose Payment Method to Avoid Fees
Processing fees for credit card payments will now be covered by the payer. To help you minimize fees, we encourage you to review your payment options below:
- ACH / Direct Bank Transfer: $0 Fee. Link your checking or savings account to make secure payments with no added fees.
- Credit Cards: Fee Applies. Transactions will include a standard fee of approximately 3.29% plus $0.39, listed on your receipt as a "Program Fee."
Easily update your preferred payment method at any time by logging into your account.
If paying with cash, please have the exact amount. All checks must be made payable to ISD #271.

Registration by Mail
2575 West 88th Street, Suite 200, Bloomington, MN 55431. Registration forms can be used for Enrichment classes, Driver's Education, and Aquatics classes. The following forms can be printed and filled out if online registration is not possible.
