The Health Commons at Pond Center offers health and wellness care to Bloomington Schools students ages 21 and younger at no cost. As part of the Minnesota Vaccines for Children Program (MnVFC), we provide vaccines at no cost for underinsured patients age 18 and younger.
Care is provided by Minnesota State University, Mankato faculty and Family Nurse Practitioner-level nursing students, in collaboration with other providers as needed.

Telehealth Visits
The Pond Clinic offers telehealth visits, allowing patients to meet with a provider from home. Telehealth appointments are convenient, flexible, don't require travel, and are secure and private using HIPAA-compliant video technology.
Teleheath appointments can be made for:
- Follow-up visits
- Medication management
- Minor acute illnesses
- Review of lab or imaging results
- Select behavioral or mental health concerns
