Bloomington student earns perfect AP Exam score

Anna Quevli, Jefferson class of 2023, earned a perfect score on the Advanced Placement Computer Science Principles Exam taken in May. She received special recognition for her achievement from the College Board.

Bloomington Public Schools is a state leader in K-12 computer science education, offering several relevant and engaging computer science course options based on student interest and career goals, and one of a few districts in Minnesota to offer both AP computer science courses.

In addition to earning the top score of 5 on the exam, Quevli was one of only 459 students in the world this year to earn every point possible on the AP Computer Science Principles Exam, receiving the maximum score on each portion of the exam.

Quevli is currently a freshman at the University of California Santa Barbara studying  Environmental Studies.
