Jefferson Theatre Company presents 'The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe'

Jefferson Theatre Company presents ‘The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe’ Nov. 25-26 and Nov. 30 - Dec. 2 in the Jefferson High School auditorium, 4001 W. 102nd St.

This story follows a group of children who are evacuated to the English countryside during WWII and tells of their adventures in the imaginary kingdom of Narnia, guided by a talking lion named Aslan, as they fight the White Witch and restore the throne to its rightful line.

The show features a cast and crew of 52 students under the direction of Jenna Clements and Emily Morse, with set design by Roger Skophammer and costumes by Laurie Clements.

Showtimes are Nov. 25 at 7 p.m., Nov. 26 at 1 p.m., Nov. 30 - Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. and Dec. 2 at 1 p.m. with a special senior performance Nov. 25 at 1 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for seniors and students, available online at bit.ly/jtc-lww-tickets or at the door one hour prior to each performance.
