Harassment and Violence Reporting Form
Bloomington Public Schools maintains a firm policy prohibiting all forms of harassment and violence. Use this form to report issues relating to harassment and violence.
Computer science immersion aims to empower students with the skills and knowledge important for success in the 21st century: creativity, collaboration, communication, persistence and confidence in dealing with complex, open-ended problems. Our students have weekly or monthly dedicated lessons in computer science concepts and CS concepts are embedded in other lessons whenever possible.
Kids’ SAFARI offers before and after school programs for children in kindergarten through grade 5. The focus is on school-age childcare and enrichment opportunities designed to meet the changing needs of children and families.
The year before kindergarten is an exciting time, as your child’s abilities and independence grow by leaps and bounds! Preschool for Fours classes focuses on providing a foundation for lifelong learning and helping create social relationships. Children have both large and small group learning experiences in literacy, writing, math, music, art, and science.
We offer Preschool for Fours for 2.5 hours per day five days per week, Monday through Friday. Your child must be four years old by September 1, 2022
Homework Connection is an after school homework program on Mondays and Wednesdays in the media center from 3:20 to 4:15 p.m. run by Bloomington staff and volunteers.
Eagle Academy is an after school program for students in grades 3-5 who can benefit from extra help with reading. Students are referred by their homeroom teachers based on program guidelines.
All grade 5 students have the opportunity to participate in band and orchestra.
