Paul Meyer-Olson Elementary principal. I began teaching in the Burnsville district in 1996. My first two years I taught physical education. I then moved to the classroom to teach a 1st/2nd grade multi-age class. In the fall of 1999, I took a job at Ridgeview where I taught five years of 2nd grade and then two years of a 4th/5th grade multi-age class. In the fall of 2006, I became a district mentor for first-year elementary teachers. Then in 2008-present I have been the principal of Olson Elementary. I currently live in Lakeville with my wife Tanya (Kindergarten teacher in Savage), son Mason (11th Grader), daughter Ella (5th Grader), and our dog Murphy. I love sports, reading, and spending time with my family.
