Activities & Athletics Registration
Students register for sports and activities online. The registration system has moved to a new platform called Affinety for the 2026-27 school year. All families must create a new account and add their students in the new system before registering. The following steps only need to be completed once before registering.
Sports Physicals
Sports physicals are valid for three years. Please turn the MSHSL Medical Eligibility Form in to the Activities Office.
Affinety will not allow registration if the sports physical is more than three years old or if it is set to expire during the season for which you are registering.

Check your Student's Sports Physical Status
If your physical is not current, you will need to get a new physical before registering for athletics. Follow these steps to check your student's sports physical status:
- Log into Infinite Campus
- Select "More" on the left side of the screen
- Select "Health"
- Select "Immunizations" and scroll all the way down to see your "Last Sports Physical"
