The after school activity bus isn't scheduled to start until October 2. However, Fall Play students are allowed to ride the activity bus that is being used by the soccer students, when rehearsal is done.
If your student would like to ride the soccer activity bus home, you MUST fill out this form so that they have permission to ride the bus.
If your student is picked up by you or a friend/family member, you can disregard this message.
